Rolling Panda Hotpot & Grill started with a single, powerful belief: that the best meals happen around a shared pot. Drawing inspiration from the centuries-old tradition of Chinese hotpot — and the vibrant, generous spirit of Filipino dining culture — our founders set out to create a restaurant where every table tells a story.

The name says it all. Rolling, because good food keeps you coming back. Panda, because we're as warm and lovable as the icon itself — but with a fire inside. The result is a brand that's bold, playful, and deeply committed to delivering a dining experience that fills not just your stomach, but your soul.

We started on E. Rodriguez, serving unlimited hotpot with premium ingredients and rich, carefully crafted broths. Word spread fast. Soon, Amoranto became home to our second branch — and now, we're rolling toward Bonifacio Global City. The panda keeps growing because you keep coming back.

Rolling Through the Years

The Beginning

E. Rodriguez Branch Opens

Rolling Panda opened its first branch on E. Rodriguez in Quezon City — introducing Manila to unlimited hotpot with premium meats, fresh seafood, and signature broths. The response was immediate and overwhelming.

Expansion

Amoranto Branch Launches

Fueled by growing demand, we opened our second location at the Amoranto branch — bringing the Rolling Panda experience to more guests across Quezon City.

2025 — March

Extended Hours Go Live

Effective March 10, 2025, both branches shifted to 11:00 AM – 5:00 AM daily hours — making Rolling Panda one of Manila's premier late-night hotpot destinations.

BGC Branch Announced

We announced our upcoming third branch in Bonifacio Global City — a milestone that marks Rolling Panda's expansion beyond Quezon City and into one of Metro Manila's most dynamic dining districts.
